Lithium-ion battery


[Overview] Lithium-ion battery is a secondary battery (rechargeable battery) that mainly relies on the movement of lithium ions between the positive electrode and the negative electrode to work. Commonly used for cathode materials LixCoO2, also use LixNiO2和 LixMnO4, negative electrode materials usually embed lithium ions into carbon (petroleum coke and graphite), and electrolytes are LiPF.6+Diethylene carbonate (EC) +Dimethyl carbonate (DMC). For such materials, SEM+SIMS+XRD+SSRM can be used in a comprehensive way to evaluate the structure, composition and electrical properties of the electrode material.
