Image Sensor (CMOS Sensor)
[Summary] The CMOS image sensor is an optical sensor, which is the core component of the camera module. It works together to convert the optical signal into an electrical signal, and finally generates an image after processing. Therefore, whether the circuit connection is normal and whether the ion doping is accurate will directly affect the generated image quality. The morphology is usually characterized by SEM in the process, and the two-dimensional distribution of carrier concentration and doping is analyzed using SCM/SMM/SSRM.
