Wafer slices
Please send it using wafer box, chip box, FOSB, etc.
Microscope sample
For microscope small samples that need to be treated with tweezers, please send them in transparent clip bags, etc. to inspect the samples from the outside.
Powder sample
Please put it in a small bottle, medicine wrap, zipper bag, etc. to send it.
Other precautions
Please indicate the surface to be tested.
Be careful not to contact the sample surface directly (measuring surface).
For samples that may deteriorate due to exposure to air, please consult separately.
Fragile samples should be sent in a cardboard box containing buffered materials.
