Analysis of trust terms

Purpose

Terms of Trusteeship of this analysis (hereinafter referred to asThe "Terms") is an agreement signed between the principal and Shanghai Guozhiwei Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as our company) to ensure the smooth progress of the service project, which stipulates necessary matters that both parties must follow together.

Scope of application

The principal and our company shall perform the contract in accordance with these terms, including other individual contracts signed under the terms;

If the provisions of individual contracts are different from those of these terms, the provisions of these terms may be appropriately adjusted or modified if the two parties reach an agreement.

Honesty and trustworthy

The client and our company should cooperate on the basis of mutual trust and abide by their trust.

Confidential

Analysis and results report

The prerequisite for the testing service is that the client is responsible for the authenticity of the samples and related information provided by it, and the analysis and testing is expected to take time.3-10 working days (from confirmation of sample receipt to completion of all analysis projects and providing results).

In principle, our company will negotiate with the principal to organize the results of the analysis project into an analysis report within the agreed period and deliver it to the principal; usually after the principal pays all the analysis fees for this contract.Within 3 working days, our company will deliver the analysis results by mail, mail or client's self-pickup.

Payment of fees

After the contract is signedThe client must pay part of the amount in advance within 3 working days, and pay the remaining analysis expenses after the sample analysis is completed; when the sample analysis is completed and the analysis expenses change, both parties must sign a supplementary contract and complete the adjustment analysis expenses within 3 working days after signing the supplementary contract.

If the test result fails, the client will not need to pay any fees, and the final right of interpretation of the test data belongs to our company;Other payment conditions will be negotiated separately.

Disclaimer

Except as expressly provided in the Agreement, the Services and Results are provided as is the result of the results without any warranty.Our companyWe hereby disclaim any warranties, express, implied or statutory as to the Customer regarding any matter, including all implied warranties of merchantability and a particular purpose of the goods, warranties of title, and non-infringement of third party rights. Except for force majeure factors, if any party fails to perform itsThe agreement between the two partiesIf there is an obligation, the party shall be deemed to be breach of contract.

In no event shall the parties to the Agreement be liable for the consequences of direct, indirect, punitive or special damages arising from the breach of this Agreement by the other party.
